Electrical Engineer
Reynolds Systems Inc. (RSI) is a small high-tech business that focuses on the manufacturing of micro-electronic components in support of the aerospace and defense industries. RSI is looking for an Electrical Engineer to be part of our Test team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.
· 3-5 (or more) years' experience in electrical design, breadboard, and test
· Candidate will work with an experienced senior electrical engineer at RSI to improve their knowledge
· RSI uses Altium and PCB Artist Electrical CAD software - candidate does not need to know these applications, but should have background in something similar
· Support inventory management control
· Support R&D, Lot Acceptance testing of explosive devices
· Proficient in technical problem solving
· Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical personnel
· Interpersonal and team collaboration skills
· Capable of performing assigned tasks to completion
· Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in EE or EEE
· United States Citizenship
· Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
Preferred:
· Experience with Electronic Computer Aided Design software
This position will use some math through algebra. The successful candidate will regularly use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook as well as several other machine and operation specific computer programs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee may spend a significant amount of time sitting, handling small components, and using microscopes. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
